I am passionate about theatre, and am particularly involved with community theatre in and around Northampton - writing, performing, directing and photographing.
This is my website dedicated to those pursuits. Please browse.
I became aware of the joy of participating in theatre in the late 1990s, taking my first steps onto stage in a Pantomime.
I subsequently performed various roles with a few groups, but was primarily associated with The Playhouse in Northampton's Clare Street since 2004, first appearing in And a Nightingale Sang.
For several years I took most of The Plahouse's production photos (ecept when in a production of course), and also started to take photos for a number of other community groups in and around Northampton.
I became interested in writing for the stage, and ended up spending two years part time at Kingston University, gaining an MA Playwriting in 2013. I had plays produced as part of the Camden Fringe Festivals of 2012 and 2013, my full-length comedy Relative Confusion was produced at The Playhouse Theatre in 2015, and I directed my three-act murder-mystery Russian Roulette at Grangewood in 2016.
In November 2016 Rosa and I moved to Normandy in France. This site effectively stops at that point, and in 2017 we launched follett.fr
